WHAT WE DO
We are a non-profit organisation aimed at increasing accessibility to mental health services, advocacy and training.
Our aims at increasing accessibility to mental health services, advocacy and training takes place through a few initiatives such as the school-based programme, the lay counselling programme, training programmes, and advocacy efforts.

WHO WE ARE
Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) Programme
In 2024–2025, Mind Matters successfully implemented a Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programme at a primary school in Khayelitsha as part of their school-based initiatives.





You deserve accessible mental health support. We offer free, accessible online services. Our sessions are provided by lay counsellors under the supervision of registered mental health practitioners. Our services are available to individuals 18+.
